Pine oil and juniper open the way for dried citrus peels. There's a touch of lemon meringue in the distance, alongside lemon drizzle, and gooseberry fool.
Soft oak and vanilla join vibrant, herbaceous botanicals. There are notes of delicately stewed plums alongside bright, crisp juniper, and a touch of marmalade.
