We've been conducting some experiments with cask ageing gin. "Experiments" might be a bit strong, it makes it sound like something could go wrong, but there was no risk involved here – we knew that resting gin in an octave cask that previously held Madeira wine could only lead to great things... like a next-level Martinez.
