Description

We’ve taken a slightly different approach to the festive fruit this year. Pineapple, to be precise, with cask ageing bringing warmth and depth to its bright tropical sweetness. Our special edition gin for Christmas 2026 is packed with charred pineapple and sticky caramel notes, with a gentle smoky edge. Cracking stuff topped with cola or tonic, stirred in a wild twist on a Negroni, or shaken up in some exotic cocktails for the Christmas party! A release of 290 bottles.

Nose

Charred, caramelised pineapple, toasted oak, crunchy brown sugar, tinned pineapple syrup, and pineapple pancakes, backed by vanilla cream, hints of juniper, clove, and anise.

Palate

Sticky sweet caramel and fruity pineapple funk, with notes of gingerbread and orange zest in tow. A festive, tropical medley of warming spices, with decadent notes of pineapple upside-down cake.

Finish

Burnt orange peel, grilled pineapple, spiced pineapple jam, waves of clove, cinnamon, and boozy berries in syrup.
