Three Bees have taken copper pot distilled gin and infused it with some heavenly Harborough honey, bringing balanced sweetness to the resinous juniper and citrus botanicals. This would make a Bee's Knees cocktail that's, well, the bee's knees.
A heads up: as these products are infused with pure honey, some sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle. If this does happen a quick shake should do the trick!
