Tasty Barrel Aged Gin from the Manly Spirits Co. folks in Australia. Two casks, one an ex-Bourbon cask from Kentucky, the other an ex-Tasmanian single malt whisky cask, have been used to mature the award-winning Australian Dry Gin. This tipple was then finished with a splash of the distillery's own malt spirit which has been aged for 6 months. We recommend trying this in a Negroni.
