Wild Spirit is a small batch gin distilled in ‘Wendy’, Manchester Gin's bespoke-made copper column still. The singular brand hand fill, cap, label and write every bottle - a lot of effort, but with great reward.
Citrus and juniper lead, followed by liquorice as it opens. Notes of fresh mint leaf and white flowers develop.
Perfect sipper of a gin! Full bodied and quite rich but with a lovely dryness! In my top 5 gins of all time
