A limited release gin here produced for Magdalen College by the Cotswolds Distillery – it even features the college's crest upon the label. This expression features a selection of nine botanicals, including the likes of juniper, cardamom, coriander, lime, and more, making for a traditionally herbaceous and vibrant flavour profile. Sure to do very well with plenty of tonic, ice, and a good wedge of lime.
Earthy juniper with a touch of pine brightness, leading into floral freshness. Contrasting spiciness of cardamom and black pepper, with fruity citrus cutting through cleanly.
