Mackintosh Old Tom Gin
A particularly fruity Old Tom Gin from Scotland's Mackintosh, making use of pineapple and grapefruit as botanicals, and sweetened post-distillation with candy syrup. It was made to pair with lemonade, and it certainly does that incredibly well.

Tangy and sweet, but still with enough juniper spice to back up the fresh pineapple, orange and elderflower notes.
