On a mission to make sure every last drop gets drunk, the Lost Parcels gang presents an impressive cask-aged gin here. It spent 19 months maturing in a Sauternes wine cask, resulting in a vibrant array of oily botanicals, soft spice, and sweet citrus. A release of 51 bottles.
Citrus and pine oil are joined by generous waves of juniper before sweet notes of lemon drizzle and vanilla cream develop in the distance.
Vibrant, gently herbaceous botanicals balance gently toasted oak and vanilla pods, with cooked stone fruits nestling in the depths alongside candied orange peels and poached plums.
Subtly creamy notes of lemon posset, orange zest, and oily juniper support softly warming spices.
