London to Lima Gin 70cl

London to Lima Gin is made with a rather interesting base spirit - Pisco! The grape-based spirit gives this Peruvian expression a unique mouth-feel and stage for the botanicals to sing. Traditional botanical include juniper, orris, angelica and cassia, while more exotic botanicals used include Peruvian coriander, Peruvian lime, Valencia orange, aguaymanto (more commonly known as cape gooseberry) and pink peppercorn grown near the distillery.
