London 40 Gin is made to the same recipe as Pink 47 but with a reduced alcohol content.
Lots of herbs, and fairly crisp. Citrus, and juniper is quite floral in style but quite pronounced.
The juniper leads on this one but there is a lot more going on. The botanicals are finely balanced and clean, with that citric element providing a fresh note.
Short, clear and dry.
A well thought out mix of botanicals have produced a tasty dry gin.
