Locksley Distilling Co. VSOT Banyuls Barrel Finished
Here we have a cask finish that you don't see all too often - from Locksley Distilling Co. comes batch two of its Banyuls Barrel Finished VSOT (Very Special Old Tom). Banyuls is a dessert wine made from old vines near the Pyrenees in the Roussillon county of France, so it imparts all those lovely sweet winey notes. What's more, it's also bottled at navy strength, a warming 57.5% ABV, with only 300 limited edition bottles produced.

Warming pepper spice fades into lots of dried red fruit, along with raisins and prunes, with refreshing menthol in support and a hint of liquorice.
