This is a fresh and surprisingly complex gin that makes an amazing G&T. The fresh Menai oysters - arguably the best in be world - impart a subtle briny note which you can accentuate by garnishing with an olive. But it’s also good with the classic lemon garnish.
Wow! I wasn't sure what to expect from this but I have to say this is an amazing gin with a lovely salty and creamy taste. Absolutely stunning gin
