The crafty folks at Lindisfarne took the original Holy Island Gin and infused it with rose, orange blossom, and mixed berries, with hibiscus and elderberries giving it this blushing pink hue. It's tart, floral, and fruity, and ought to make a brilliant Gin Smash.
