Alongside 88 Gin, the folks at Linden Leaf have crafted 8 Gin! The eight botanicals used produced just eight separate molecular notes, including makrut lime, yuzu and grains of paradise. The organic gin is rather citrus-led, so we think it would work very well in a Gimlet.

A kick of zesty lime, followed by orange blossom, black pepper warmth and piney juniper, leading into sweet tropical fruit on the finish.
