This vibrant expression from Porter's was inspired by Champagne's Chardonnay grape and its fabulously fruity flavours! No grapes in here, but it has been treated to the addition of cold-distilled green apples and pears, blended (rather unusually) with a soybean distillation which imparts some richer, nutty notes.
