Influenced by the Swedish landscape, the LAB Distillery was previously where Mackmyra was based, located 12 kilometers west of the city of Gävle. Its Organic Gin encompasses Swedish flavours and carefully selected organic ingredients distilled in a traditional copper pot-still, including juniper, coriander, lemon, elderflower, lingonberry and mango. This particular gin really shines in classic gin cocktails - give it a go in a Dry Martini.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
A healthy dose of refreshing fruity notes including citrus, mango, elderberry and cranberries, balanced by mild coriander notes. A fruity and slightly spicy aftertaste marked by juniper and yet more coriander.
