The world of Japanese gin meets the world of Japanese whisky. A very interesting release from the Kyoto Distillery's Ki No Bi Gin range - this Ki Noh Bi expression has aged in sherry casks that were previously used to mature whisky from the legendary Karuizawa distillery.
Floral juniper, with its sweetness bolstered by hints of sherry cinnamon. Fragrant peppercorn mixed with earthy vanilla.
