The folks at Knut Hansen packed their bags once again and took another journey overseas to create The Fynbos Edition gin! After spending time on South Africa's Cape Peninsula learning all about the array of unique botanicals that Cape Fynbos has to offer, the team selected eight to include in this gin, including the likes of buchu and spekboom. Next up, they took a trip to Cape Town's HOPE Distillery where the gin was distilled and left to rest in Pinotage red wine barrels, imparting a wealth of rich flavour and colour. A fab choice for those who enjoy sipping neat, and makes a delightful G&T too.
