Silver medal winner at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2009, this unusual London ‘Cut’ Dry Gin is made from five-times distilled Irish whey spirit!
Aromatic juniper and dried flowers with greener, earthier notes. The coriander used as a botanical also comes though.
Quite sweet and dry with citrus before the heather creeps in.
Fairly long and clean.


Then pour this over Ice, no garnish needed. Milk is the whey to go, spirit is so clean n smooth it allows the botanicals more headroom to be subtle. Makes a good Negroni too!
