A surprisingly smooth London ‘Cut’ Dry Gin created from the Irish Whey Spirit Knockeen Hills distil for their Poteen. This version uses Elderflower as one of the botanicals.
Predominant juniper almost hides the subtle elderflower in a spirituous nose.
Dry with a slight salinity.
Soft and fairly long.
An interesting gin that would be a perfect cocktail base.

Almost as good as the heather version but better suited to cocktails with it's more quirky botanicals. Suprisingly the heather version is smoother & more subtle for drinkin on the rocks even though this 1's lower abv. Strange oddity this 1 has a rubber cork & the heather 1 is actual cork.
