Kimerud Distilled Gin
Distilled in the shiny Arnold Holstein still on Kimerud Farm in Lier, near Oslo, 20 handpicked botanicals are used. Grown on the farm, these include juniper, coriander, lemon peel, walnut and mint as well as golden root, a native plant known to have been used by Vikings over a thousand years ago. The base spirit used is made from potatoes.

Soft and round, slightly herbaceous with floral juniper, citrus and rose notes.
