Killowen Rhubarb Gin Bottling Note
From Northern Ireland’s Killowen Distillery, one of the smallest in Ireland and thought to be the only to use worm tub condensation – a historic distillation technique. This wonderfully fragrant gin makes use of rhubarb, heather, and hibiscus, as well as wild angelica, juniper, fuchsia flower, lemon zest, and meadowsweet, creating a delicately floral, fruity, complex flavoured gin.
