An innovative gin from one of Ireland’s smallest distilleries. This flavoursome spirit is distilled in a copper pot still in very small batches. As well as the inventive trio of blackberry, rosemary, and orange, this gin also makes use of wild angelica, fuchsia flower, lemon zest, and meadow sweet. A deliciously original combination that balances herbaceous and fruity notes with a berry sweetness brilliantly.
