This is its Blended Dry Gin, which boasts 10 individually distilled botanicals, including three types of juniper from around the world alongside, local juniper berries too. You'll also find thyme and cubeb pepper in there, along with two top secret local botanicals, resulting in a fairly classic gin with a subtle fruity hint.
A good dose of oily citrus, piney juniper and pepper spice, with ground almond and a hint of apricot.
