Description

The J.P. Adlam team in Yorkshire has harnessed the power of blue peat to create a colour-changing gin! Marvel as its bright blue hue turns to pink when you mix it with tonic! It's also tasty, so it's both a treat for the eyes and the taste buds.

Overall

Big, bold notes of fresh juniper, bolstered by coriander spiciness and balanced by anise and orange.
