Violet has become a particularly popular flavour within the world of gin, and J.J. Whitley have wasted no time joining in on the fun by launching their very own Violet Gin! The eponymous floral element is combined with a selection of eight additional botanicals along the lines of juniper, coriander, liquorice and angelica, and it boasts a pleasing pink hue.
Citrus blossom blends well with bright violet sweetness, bolstered by soft juniper and a hint of cassia spiciness.

This gin has the bouquet and taste of a 1950s’ plimsoll - fine if you are into sweet rubber and canvas, but if you are into gin, avoid.
Very disappointed, my son gave me a sip of his by another company and it was delicious but saw this one and bought it thinking it was a better brand, I bought it as a Xmas treat for myself and was really looking forward to it, but the only taste it has is of gin, it has no taste at all of violet,I'm really disappointed
