Produced at the Jim and Tonic sustainable urban distillery in central London's Mercato Metropolitano market, this fabulous gin was made in partnership with the distillery's German brewery neighbours, German Kraft. The inclusion of Hallertauer and Citra hops, alongside a good helping of fresh, zesty grapefruit peel helps to achieve a wonderful citrus profile, with a soft, floral hoppiness. Makes a bold and flavourful G&T and there's potential to make some fabulous cocktails too, we reckon!
Bold juniper at the fore followed by wafts of cardamom and anise, all combined with big zesty notes of grapefruit and gently herbal, floral hops.
