James Gin - American Mustard
This impressive creation comes to us from television presenter, part owner of a pub, and now producer of gin, James May! A host of traditional botanicals are joined by the likes of yellow mustard seed, gherkin, dried tomato, ginger, rosemary, cubeb pepper, and bay, to recreate the fiery warmth of American mustard. We wouldn't suggest pouring it over your hot dogs, but mixed with tonic, this will make a pretty special accompaniment. What'll he come up with next? Cheese?!
