A gin with a sense of place, being made with Isle of Wight rock samphire and Boadicea hops alongside juniper, coriander seeds, fresh lemon zest, grains of paradise, angelica, liquorice, orris and elderflower.
Earthy sweetness and some citrus zing with a touch of sea air and warming pepper.

Wow, just what a gin used to taste like & for us, just what it should taste like. A good hit of flavour with a lingering aftertaste and great aroma. Can sip it neat or we found best with an unfalvoured tonic.
No quality...
Taste totally different as described!
This was a present for my 72 year old mother, she’ll usually drink anything and loves her gin! Unfortunately this was not for her And gave it back to me. So me and my husband tried some last night and I must admit this is not a quality gin has a very particular taste which is not nice. We are not fans give me a bottle of Gordon’s or Bombay over this any day.
I think this is one of the best gins I have ever tasted. Even good neat, with a good slice of orange or grapefruit.
