A gin with a sense of place, being made with Isle of Wight rock samphire and Boadicea hops alongside juniper, coriander seeds, fresh lemon zest, grains of paradise, angelica, liquorice, orris and elderflower.
Earthy sweetness and some citrus zing with a touch of sea air and warming pepper.
Absolutely gorgeous gin drink it at my local and love it
I love gin and have been on a quest trying all manor of different brands. I stumbled upon Mermaid gin whilst visiting the Isle of Wight and I was blown away. The bottle is by far the most beautiful I have ever seen and the gin inside does not disappoint. It is not the cheapest but you are paying for quality and this shines through. Without a doubt my most favorite gin.
