A gin with a sense of place, being made with Isle of Wight rock samphire and Boadicea hops alongside juniper, coriander seeds, fresh lemon zest, grains of paradise, angelica, liquorice, orris and elderflower.
Earthy sweetness and some citrus zing with a touch of sea air and warming pepper.

It's Gin.... Paying for the label
Complex, smooth, clean, citrusy with a hint of saltiness. A beautiful craft gin.
Really nice, easy to drink gin. Excellent as a gin and tonic and seems like it would work well with most other cocktails (or straight up in a martini).
So refreshing yet not overpowering. Tastes wonderful with cucumber or on its one with a few crushed juniper berries.
