A gin with a sense of place, being made with Isle of Wight rock samphire and Boadicea hops alongside juniper, coriander seeds, fresh lemon zest, grains of paradise, angelica, liquorice, orris and elderflower.
Earthy sweetness and some citrus zing with a touch of sea air and warming pepper.
Fancy bottle but gin is nothing special, I've tried many gins and in my opinion this is average.

Gin with intense character and depth and topping a light citrus component with a pleasantly peppery finish. The bottle is awesome. The gin too.
A really different gin beautifully presented! Lovely taste
I recently attended a wedding of a family member and was served the mermaid gin! Firstly the bottle is beautiful but most importantly the flavour is just stunning! It is most definitely worth the price tag! We followed up with a further camping trip to iow and brought a bottle home and I have just finished the bottle... the gin is beautiful easy to drink even without mixer!!!! I use lemonAde as tonicis too bitter but I imagine it would go well with tonic also !
