Tommy's Gin was created in memory of Tommy Wilson, father of one of the Isle of Skye Distillers' directors. It is made using a combination of juniper, poppy seed, blaeberry, sweet orange, coriander and liquorice root, and has been bottled at 45% ABV. Proceeds raised by Tommy's Gin are being donated to local military charities by the Isle of Skye Distillers.
Orange stands out at the front, blending well with soft juniper and subtle poppy seed sweetness.
