The Isle of Coll distillery took inspiration from its Hebridean island home when creating this flavourful gin. A variety of both local and exotic botanicals including heather, bog myrtle, and sea kelp are joined by locally foraged gorse flowers for a gently floral profile, with waves of vanilla, almond, and coconut. Top stuff over ice, topped up with a light tonic.
