Isle of Coll Distillery
Produced on the Hebridean island of Coll, this dry gin is made with an infusion of 10 botanicals, including local heather, bog myrtle, and sea kelp. Other botanicals include the likes of coriander, cinnamon, and star anise, bringing delicate spice to balance the herbaceous florals and juniper at its heart.
