Isle of Bute Gorse Gin
Isle of Bute distillery is inspired by the island off the coast of Scotland, though it's distilled in Glasgow (for now). This gin showcases gorse, which covers Scotland for more than half the year with its bright yellow flowers. Here, gorse was hand-picked from the Isle of Bute, imparting coconut and vanilla notes to the spirit. If you have blackberries to hand, they would make an ideal garnish for this fragrant gin in a G&T.

A backbone of juniper, with creamy, slightly sweet coconut, lemon peel and vanilla, cut herbs and a touch of black pepper on the finish.
