When roasted, wattleseed gives an earthy flavour, closest to roasted coffee and chocolate notes, so among the citrus and juniper there's a rich dimension to the gin. We've heard it's rather good with grapefruit soda...
Rich cocoa and piney juniper, with a wave of cardamom, citrus and a creamy, peppery finish.

A great tasting and more-ish gin, please import some more!
I like most styles of gin especially London Dry and this is a delight. I've paid twice the price of this gin for gin that's not been half as good. If you want an excellent gin, try this. I don't think you'll be dissappointed.
Without doubt this is the finest Gin I have tasted (and that is saying something). Our normal tipple is Bombay Sapphire, but this is in a different league. I could not be more complimentary and would suggest this as absolutely worth a try.
Great smooth gin with a very unusual flavour - fairly sweet and like hazelnuts, chocolate, vanilla and a hint of coffee. Very good for the price. Smooth enough to drink on its own but great with any fruity tonic I have tried so far and with ice and raspberries. Something about it makes me think of Christmas.
