A citrus Irish gin from Íon Distilling in County Tyrone. The spirits are made from scratch, and Curious Citrus Gin is made by vapour infusing pink peppercorn, cardamon, ginger, citrus peel and yuzu, alongside other botanicals. Brilliant in a Bramble, this one.
