Ooh lovely drop of gin. Being in a life long love affair with gin I can confidently say this did not disappoint with a strong aroma and taste of those pure bred Highland juniper berries. Buying it direct from the 'Shed of the Year' was the icing on the cake.
Personally, I like my Inshriach with just a wee bit of ice.. Drink it neat and you'll feel like you're in a forest of Scots Pine and juniper bushes.. or drink it with tonic for pure highland refreshment.. Absolutely delicious gin!
Before I tasted Inshriach Gin I thought that I didn't like gin. But now I find that I do like it after all :-) it's scrummy!
There's a flood of new gins on the market, all with some quirk but all really much of a sameness ... Inshriach though elegantly brushes these into the fad-bin they should never have emerged from. Personally, ice cold and by itself for me, possibly with a sprig of pine in it :)
By far the best gin I've ever tasted...apart from the inshriach navy strength!
