Inshriach Navy Strength Bottling Note

What have you got in your shed? A lawnmower? Many shovels? Maybe some paint? Well, take a trip up near Aviemore and you'll find Shed of the Year 2015 - and lofty, coveted and well-deserved title as that shed contained the Inshriach distillery! This is their Navy Strength Gin, combining juniper and rosehips.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Richly herbaceous - pine, coriander, dill. A hint of fresh barley, and perhaps even some balsamic, too!

Palate: Lots more pine notes, paired with sharp citrus sweetness. Spicy juniper is bolstered by the bumped-up ABV.

Finish: Lasting heat, plus dried apple and raspberry.
