A light London gin from two Scottish brothers, Hrafn Valykyrie is a modern take on a classic London dry gin. It incorporates the exotic Jara citrus fruit as its key botanical, which is responsible for its signature zest. The Jara is native to Bangladesh and looks like a lime, but is in fact an especially aromatic species of lemon.
Vibrant citrus notes of lemon on the nose. Smooth on the palate with bright lemon zest, spice and a hint of cinnamon on the finish.
