A variation on the Hrafn Though & Memory Gin recipe, building on the excellent balance of spice and citrus the original boasted. Bumped up to 49% ABV and still bringing refreshing notes of mandarin to the table, Hrafn Valhalla Gin will certainly stand out in cocktails and mixed drinks.
Citrus arrives first, sweet and refreshing. Shortly followed by oily, spicy juniper and coriander seed heat.
Really enjoyed this gin, clean and fresh.
