Tasked with creating a pink gin, the Hrafn Gin team didn't simply get their original gin, chuck in something pink, and call it a day. Oh no. Instead, this is pink with a purpose, and that purpose is: cranachan. Yes, cranachan, the classic Scottish dessert. This right here is a gin recipe made from scratch which tastes like gin but also like cranachan, having been made with Aberdeenshire raspberries, heather honey, oatmeal, and new make malt spirit. Yes, we agree, this is awesome.

Oily juniper with a hint of maltiness alongside it, shortly followed by sweetness of raspberries and creamy vanilla, and a smidge of citrus cutting through.
