Home Farm London Dry Gin
This London Dry Gin is produced in Norfolk on (yep you guessed it) Home Farm. A very small operation, Home Farm operates just the one copper still - affectionately named Matilda. The gin is produced with 9 botanicals, and water sourced directly beneath the farm itself, before the final step of being bottled by hand.

Nose
Juniper, with notes of pine wood.
Palate
Lot's of juniper with a hint of citrus.
Finish
A subtle zing of citrus peel.
Overall
A clean and crisp London Dry Gin.
