This London Dry Gin is produced in Norfolk on (yep you guessed it) Home Farm. A very small operation, Home Farm operates just the one copper still - affectionately named Matilda. The gin is produced with 9 botanicals, and water sourced directly beneath the farm itself, before the final step of being bottled by hand.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Juniper, with notes of pine wood.

Palate: Lot's of juniper with a hint of citrus.

Finish: A subtle zing of citrus peel.

Overall: A clean and crisp London Dry Gin.

Flavoursome
A full flavoured London Dry and extremely smooth! This Dry Gin is full of citrus flavour and shines through the tonic. Highly recommended one of my all time favourites.
