Holyrood Pink Gin
This pink gin hails from Edinburgh's Holyrood Distillery, and alongside the traditional botanical base sees the addition of pink peppercorns and fresh Perthshire raspberries. However, the blushing colour actually comes from hibiscus flower! It's tangy and fruity, and would work well in a Bramble.

Initially tart and fruity, leading into piney juniper, sweet berries, a touch of citrus and a peppery finish.
