Nose: Hibiscus, raspberries and lime peels. Fresh juniper and lingering sweetness of sherbet lemons.

Palate: Jammy berries and dried fruit. A hint of honeycomb, followed by spicy clove for balance.

Finish: Drying, with notes of cherry cola and white pepper.
