The folks at Sweden's Hernö distillery have collaborated with the Six Rivers Foundation to create this gin, paying tribute to the natural landscapes of Iceland. Botanicals include black pepper, coriander, lemon peel, meadowsweet, yarrow, and Icelandic moss. For each bottle sold, Hernö contributes to the Six Rivers Foundation Icelandic project, which strives to reverse the decline of Atlantic salmon.
