This is Hensol Castle Welsh Dry Gin, made with 11 locally-sourced botanicals, including lavender, marigold, and jasmine picked from the 400-year-old walled gardens where the castle distillery is based. Get this in a G&T stat with lots of ice and a slice of citrus to garnish (we're fans of pink grapefruit, personally).

This is an incredibly well crafted gin that has no boundaries. I tried it neat - dangerous! I then had it with pineapple which surprisingly really brought out the lemon and botanicals. My Kiwi wife reckons this is one of the best ever. 100% recommended.
Had this bought for me as a birthday present and this is now my go to!
