A classically juniper-forward London dry gin here from Hearts Distillery in Staffordshire. Using a combo of only five botanicals - namely juniper, angelica, coriander, orange peel and orris - this expression shows off a bright, zesty flavour profile with enough spice to balance it out. All sorts of cocktails are viable with this one, though it really does stand out in a Martini.
